Not really a EFA but not sure where else to put this...

Okay so I am just posting this to say I'm leaving the pack. Over the last week to two weeks I haven't really felt the urge to post in rp. Also with so much very personal problems going on I can't figure out what to do.

I haven't really been sleeping good and found myself always tired. To top it off they keep using my hours at work and I am never really home. When I am home I'm not aloud to rest so that leaves little time to rp as well.

Also one of the main reasons I have been on the chatbox (this site as well ax others) is because lately I have been sinking deeper and deeper into depression.

I have way to much I'm responsible, what with quite a few sites and almost a dozen characters. Its the same offline in real life too and I have to cut back some where

I'm so sorry to say this and I know that some people on this site don't have any way to contact me off site but if you want to I have other ways to contact me.

So yeah I guess this is goodbye. Had a lot of fun here and might come back one day but I'm not really sure.

I mean I don't really see things getting better anytime soon its just way to hard. I keep having people tell me depression is easy to come out of and I'm dumb for having it. All it is from what I'm told is just where a person is very sad but needs to stop it qjr get happier but that's easier said then done.
Im sorry I keep popping on the site every few days but like I can't help but check in every so often. Lol like I dunno why tho... Anyway see ya i guess.

Depression IS hard to get out of, and you're not dumb for having it. No one knows what exactly causes it, but believe me in saying that it's not your fault for having it, and you're NOT dumb either.

Just have a positive outlook on life. At the end of each day, write down three things in a journal (or anywhere, really) that made you smile that day. I've heard this can increase happiness. Also, try hand-writing letters and sending them to friends and family members. You don't have to wait for a holiday, their birthday, etc or anything; just maybe to tell you how much they mean to you or how much you miss them. Just say something that will make them smile. Even therapy would help, or if you have a pet, try to spend more time with your pet. Sometimes even going outside more (as well as limiting your time on the internet to minimal or no computer/phone) can help as well

And Roki, you have nothing to be ashamed of. I know things will better; it may take time, but things will get better<333
